Fully Vaccinated Staff
All Gage & Tollner staff are double vaccinated.
Wearing PPE
Following the latest mask mandates in NYC, we encourage our staff to wear PPE at their own discretion.
Clean Environment
We adhere to the latest CDC and DOH guidelines by regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces and all tables. In addition, we have installed upgraded MERV-13 filters throughout our restaurant to ensure the air being circulated is consistently purified.

Vaccine Requirements
As of Monday, March 7, 2022, Gage & Tollner will be adhering to the updated NYC COVID-19 guidelines and no longer require proof of vaccination upon entry. In our continued effort to protect the health and safety of our staff, their families, and community we strongly encourage everyone entering the restaurant to be vaccinated.
Reserve Your Table
Although we accept walk-ins, we strongly encourage you to reserve your table in advance to ensure that we are prepared for your visit.
Social Distancing
We ask that you maintain a minimum distance of six feet from all other guests and staff when not seated at your table. Our bathrooms have been reconfigured to unisex, single-use spaces to ensure safety and privacy.
Dining Limits
For the safety of our guests, we have implemented timed dining experiences based on party size to allow our team to sanitize each table between seatings.
