Allison Brendel

Events Director

Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Allison’s childhood was spent around the dinner table with friends and family, eating and celebrating both at home and at local restaurants. After graduating from college in the US, she worked several front of house roles at fine dining restaurants and discovered that she not only thrived in such a fast–paced, high-pressure environment, but relished the opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests. Allison went on to work her way up through service, management and events-related roles from coast to coast, including Prune Restaurant, Lord Stanley, Delfina, Tartine Manufactory, and Fradei, finally landing at Gage & Tollner as Events Director (AKA “Director of Fun”) in March 2023. When she’s not creating beautiful spaces and meaningful memories for her clients, you can find Allison exploring Brooklyn with her chunky dog, Red, cold plunging, or watching Real Housewives (more often than not).
